PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- Reservations are from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 11.00am on the day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning and turnaround. For early arrival and late departures it may be possible for special arrangements to be made, but these must be agreed before arrival. Every effort will be made to accommodate later arrival times but only in exceptional circumstances. Late arrivals (which are not agreed prior to the day of arrival) may incur a surcharge.
- Payment - a deposit of 10% of the total cost is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival.
- Cancellations - In the event of cancellation and within the month of arrival, the following cancellation charges are applicable: Notice of 30 days or more prior to arrival – 10% of total booking; notice period of 14-30 days prior to arrival – 50% of total booking; notice period of less than 14 days prior to arriving – full payment. All cancellations must be notified verbally and in writing to TS Properties. It is recommended that insurance be taken to cover the eventuality of cancellation.
- Occupancy - The number of people occupying the property must not exceed the number agreed at the time of booking. Please notify us of any changes in numbers of occupants prior to arrival.
- Damage - any damage to the property or contents must be immediately notified to the proprietors. Any damages during a stay must be paid for.
- Care of apartment - please keep the accommodation in a clean condition. Excessive cleaning at the end of a stay may be charged for.
- Accidents - Graysflats and its proprietors cannot be held responsible for injury or death in our properties.
- Personal effects - we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to guests personal effects whilst occupying the accommodation.
- Noise - please consider neighbours, especially late at night or early morning and keep noise to a minimum especially in the communal stair. In the event of a problem arising, the Landlord has the right to ask the tenant to leave.
- If for any reason the accommodation is unsatisfactory, please notify us immediately.
- Rent Act - this booking agreement confers to a right to occupy the accommodation for the period agreed for holiday purposes only. The terms of the rent act are excluded.
