The flat has two bedrooms sleeping 4 people, one double and one twin room, a large "L" shaped kitchen/living room and a bathroom. On the third floor of a Victorian building, the flat which retains its original panelled doors and cornices is accessed via shared stairs (there is no lift).
The flat is tastefuly decorated and includes some antique pieces of furniture and a mixture of original paintings and prints. The flat has central heating and all the linen and towels are included in the price. It is a really comfortable, warm well decorated flat and is in an excellent location between Waverley station and the Royal Mile.
Kitchen/Living Room
The kitchen has painted shaker style units with wood and granite worktops and a painted wooden floor. The table sits in front of a large window with window seat and there is a comfy seating area.

The bedrooms have natural flooring with interlined curtains in a smart ticking fabric. The beds have upholstered headboards, really comfy mattresses, feather pillows, pure cotton linen and pretty quilted covers. The Double Bedroom with 5ft bed has wooden slatted blinds as well as a real flame gas fire. The twin room which has two 3ft single beds has working shutters.
Bathroom top right
The bathroom has tongue and groove panelling and marble tiles on the walls and limestone tiles on the floor. The full size bath has a shower over it.
